At FS Scents, we take great care in preparing and packaging every fragrance order to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition. Due to the nature of fragrance decants and sample products, certain return restrictions apply.

Fragrance Decants & Samples

Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, all fragrance decants and samples are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Decants are designed to allow customers to experience a fragrance before committing to a full-size bottle or to provide a more affordable way to enjoy luxury fragrances. As these products can be opened, used, or tampered with after delivery, we are unable to accept returns on decants or samples.

Please ensure all product selections are correct before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Although we carefully package every order, issues can occasionally occur during shipping.

If your order arrives:

Broken
Significantly leaking
Missing items
Containing the wrong fragrance

please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos showing the issue.

We will review your request and, where applicable, provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Minor cosmetic imperfections, such as small marks on packaging, slight leakage caused by transit, or minor issues with caps/sprayers, do not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or dispatched.

If a cancellation request is accepted, a 10% cancellation fee may be deducted to cover payment processing fees and administrative costs. Any shipping costs paid are non-refundable.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
